Jurassic Jobs, LLC. (“Jurassic”) is an online service that helps job seekers search for jobs by aggregating millions of job postings from the Internet. In this context, Jurassic is simply an indexing service. To access a job posting, job seekers are redirected by Jurassic to the website of the company that posted the job. We do not own the job postings. Furthermore, we do not guarantee the completeness of indexing and do not guarantee the authenticity of any job postings.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using any Digital Assets. By using any Digital Assets or by clicking to accept the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, found at www.jurassicjobs.com/privacy, incorporated herein by this reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use any Digital Assets.
The Digital Assets are offered and available to users who 18 years of age or older. By using the Digital Assets, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Jurassic and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Digital Assets.
Jurassic reserves the right to refuse service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason. Jurassic also reserves the right to suspend any existing user account for any or no reason.

The Digital Assets and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including without limitation all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Jurassic, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Digital Assets, except as follows:

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Digital Assets are the trademarks of their respective owners.

YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Jurassic AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
However, we cannot review all material before it is posted on the Digital Assets and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this section.
We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, however, please note that by adding, creating a resume through the Digital Assets or through Jurassic’s services, you are requesting and authorizing Jurassic to make your resume available to any employer via its job board, or other recruitment channel partners, Jurassic believes may have an interest in your resume. By creating or uploading a resume, you agree that Jurassic or its recruitment channel partners may contact you via the email or phone provided to share job listings that fit with your experience, as described in your resume.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jurassic, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Digital Assets, including, but not limited to, any use of the Digital Assets’ content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from the Digital Assets.
All matters relating to the Digital Assets and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction).
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Digital Assets shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas in each case located in the City of Austin although we retain the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
IN ANY DISPUTE, NEITHER YOU NOR ANY OTHER PERSON SHALL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS BY OR AGAINST OTHER AFFILIATES OR PERSONS, OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS ACTION OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH CLAIM.
No waiver of by Jurassic of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Jurassic to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Jurassic with respect to the Digital Assets and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Digital Assets.
